Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Torture) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 15th August 1992.

Section 2

The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Torture) (Overseas Territories) Order 1988 shall be amended by the addition of Bermuda to the Territories specified in Schedule 2 to that Order.
