Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Trustee Investments (Additional Powers) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 13th August 1992.

Section 2Addition to Part II of the First Schedule to the Trustee Investments Act 1961
The powers of investment conferred by section 1 of the Trustee Investment Act 1961 shall be extended by adding National Savings FIRST Option Bonds to paragraph 1 ofPart I of Schedule 1 thereto .
