Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Assistance for Minor Works to Dwellings (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st September 1992.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
At the end of regulation 3(1)(e) of the Assistance for Minor Works to Dwellings Regulations 1990 (dwellings and works) add—
, or
(f) the replacement of any pipe and associated equipment for the purpose specified in paragraph (a) of article 2 of the Assistance for Minor Works to Dwellings (Lead Pipes) Order 1992 in any dwelling to which that paragraph applies, or
(g) the replacement of any electrical earthing arrangements for the purpose specified in paragraph (b) of article 2 of that Order in any dwelling to which that paragraph applies.
