This Order may be cited as the Museums and Galleries Act 1992 (Commencement) Order 1992.

The Museums and Galleries Act 1992 (Commencement) Order 1992
Section 2
The provisions of the Act, except for section 9, paragraphs 1(7) and 10(2) of Schedule 8 and the entry in Schedule 9 which repeals paragraphs (da), (db), (dc) and (dd) of Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1960 , shall come into force on 1st September 1992.
Section 3
The provisions of section 9 of the Act shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
