Section 1 Title, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1992, shall apply to Scotland only, and shall come into force on 21st August 1992.

Section 2 Amendment of the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988

The Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988( ) shall have effect subject to the following amendments:—

(a) after article 2A(5) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—

(6) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article he shall be guilty of an offence.

(b) after article 2B(3) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—

(4) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article he shall be guilty of an offence.
