Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Breeders' Rights (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 28th August 1992.

Section 2Amendment of principal Regulations

Schedule 3 to the Plant Breeders' Rights Regulations 1978 (reproductive and other plant material to be delivered to the Controller) shall be amended as follows—
In Part XII (decoratives), after item (26) insert the following item—
(27) Galtonia candicans
6 visually healthy bulbs.
