Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1992 and shall come into force on 1st March 1992.

Section 2

For Schedule 3 to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977 there shall be substituted the following Schedule:

The Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1989 are hereby revoked.
