Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991 (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 11th August 1992.

Section 2

The following organisation, that is to say—
“The Ulster Defence Association.”,
is hereby added to Schedule 2 to the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991 (which specifies organisations which are proscribed organisations for the purposes of that Act).
