Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Shetland Islands Council (North Haven, Fair Isle) Harbour Revision Order 1992 and shall come into force on the date fixed in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Acts 1945 and 1965 .

Section 2 Application of Zetland County Council Act 1974 to additional area

Schedule 1 to the Zetland County Council Act 1974 is amended by adding thereto the following area:—

NORTH HAVEN, FAIR ISLE AREA

The tidal waters of North Haven, Fair Isle, the seaward boundary whereof is a straight line in an easterly direction from high water mark on the most northerly point on Yessness (latitude 59°32'28.8053", longitude 10°36'12.6627") to high water mark on the most northerly point on the western side of North Gavel (latitude 59°32'28.9051", longitude 01°35'52.4146").
