Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning General (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 19th August 1992.

Section 2Effect of planning permission

In regulation 9 of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992 (effect of planning permission), for “falling within regulation 3” substitute “of any land by that interested planning authority”.
