Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Clatterbridge Centre for OncologyNational Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992and shall come into force on 16th September 1992.

(2) In this Order:

“the Authority” means Wirral Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology National Health ServiceTrust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property preparedby and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 25th June 1992,which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and theTrust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 16th September 1992 the trust property shall be transferred fromthe Authority to the Trust.
