Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (Revocation) Order 1992 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 21st August 1992.

Section 2Revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1992 is hereby revoked.
