Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Registered Inspectors) (Fees) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 18th September 1992.

Section 2Amount of fee

The fee which accompanies an application for registration under section 10 of the Education (Schools) Act 1992 shall be £150.
