Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Tamworth Borough Council) Order 1992 and shall come into force on1st October 1992.

The Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemptions) (England)( No. 3) Order 1991 is amended by the substitution, in the Table in article 3, of “1st August 1993” for “1st October 1992.”
