This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (District Health Authorities) (No. 3) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st October 1992.

The National Health Service (District Health Authorities) (No. 3) Order 1992
The following District Health Authorities are hereby abolished:—
(a) Bromsgrove and Redditch Health Authority;
(b) Kidderminster and District Health Authority.
North Worcestershire Health Authority is established a District Health Authority for North Worcestershire District .
In consequence of articles 2 and 3 of this Order the National Health Service (District Health Authorities) Order 1990 shall be amended by the omission from Part 12 of Schedule 1 of the entries in columns (1) and (2) relating to Bromsgrove and Redditch District and Kidderminster District and the insertion immediately before the entries in that Part relating to Sandwell District of the following entries in columns (1) and (2) respectively:—
