Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Tribunals and Inquiries (Discretionary Inquiries) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 30th September 1992.

Section 2

(1) Part I of the Schedule to the Tribunals and Inquiries (Discretionary Inquiries) Order 1975 shall be amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph 72E there shall be inserted—
(72F) Any inquiry or hearing held under section 11 of the Transport and Works Act 1992.
