Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (Wales) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 2nd October 1992.

Section 2

There shall be established as from 2nd October 1992, a body corporate by the name of the Welsh Agricultural College Higher Education Corporation to conduct, as from 1st April 1993, the institution known as the Welsh Agricultural College, being an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to satisfy the criteria set out in section 122(1) of the Education Reform Act 1988.

Section 3

1st April 1993 is hereby appointed as the transfer date for the said body corporate for the purposes of section 126 of that Act.
