Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Indictments (Procedure)(Amendment) Rules 1992 and shall come into force on 1st October 1992.

The Indictments (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 1992
Section 2
After rule 5(1)(b) of the Indictments (Procedure) Rules 1971 there shall be inserted the following:
(c) where a notice of transfer has been served under section 53 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (notices of transfer in certain cases involving children), within a period of 28 days commencing with the date on which notice is served.
