Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Promotion of Economic Development) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 12th October 1992.

Section 2Addition of scheduled authorities

The new Schedule in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be substituted for Schedule 1 (scheduled authorities) to the Local Government (Promotion of Economic Development) Regulations 1990 .
