Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Closure of Prisons (H.M. Prison Northeye) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 15th October 1992.

Section 2

The prison known as Northeye Prison and situate in the county of East Sussex shall close on the coming into force of this Order.
