Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Confirmation of Legislation) (Cayman Islands) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 12th March 1992.

Section 2

The Registration of Merchant Ships Law, 1991 enacted by the Legislature of the Cayman Islands, is hereby confirmed.
