Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Further Education Corporations) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th September 1992.

Section 2

Islington Federal College is hereby specified as an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to fall within section 15(2) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (initial incorporation of existing institutions).
