Section 1Title and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cambrian Mountains) Designation (Amendment No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 22nd October 1992.

Section 2Amendment of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cambrian Mountains) Designation Order 1986

(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cambrian Mountains) Designation Order 1986 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) below.

(2) In paragraph 1(5) of Schedule 1 (requirements to be included in agreement) the words “in any year” shall be inserted immediately after the word “silage”.
