Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Fresh Meat and Poultry Meat (Hygiene, Inspection and Examinations for Residues) (Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st November 1992.

Section 2Amendment

For Part III of Schedule 1 to the Fresh Meat and Poultry Meat (Hygiene, Inspection and Examinations for Residues) (Charges) Regulations 1990 there shall be substituted the following—

APPROPRIATE CHARGE FOR EXAMINATIONS FOR THE PRESENCE OF RESIDUES
