This Order may be cited as the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1992.

The Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (Commencement No.2) Order 1992
Section 2
The provisions of section 9(4) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“ the Act ”) shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
Section 3
Paragraph 10 of Schedule 8 to the Act shall come into force on 1st September 1992 so far as it relates to institutions within the PCFC funding sector in Wales and otherwise in Wales on 1st April 1993.
