Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Fund—Holding Practices) (Applications and Recognition) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 28th October 1992.

(2) In these Regulations, “the Applications Regulations ” means the National Health Service (Fund—Holding Practices) (Applications and Recognition) (Scotland) Regulations 1990 .

Section 2Amendment of regulation 4 of the Applications Regulations

In regulation 4 of the Applications Regulations (grant and conditions for recognition as a fund—holding practice), in paragraph (2) for “9,000” wherever it occurs there shall be substituted “6,000”.
