Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 28th February 1992.

Section 2 Amendment

The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978 shall be amended as follows—

(a) for the provisions of Schedule 1 to that Order (which lists disinfectants approved by the Minister) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order;

(b) for the provisions of Schedule 2 to that Order (which lists disinfectants subject to transitional provisions) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to this Order; and

(c) in article 6(2) of that Order (which specifies the date until which disinfectants subject to transitional provisions remain approved) for the words “31st December 1991” there shall be substituted the words “30th June 1992”.

Section 3 Revocation

The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) ( No. 2) Order 1991 , and the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1991 are revoked.
