Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Further Education (Sponsoring Bodies) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 2nd November 1992.

Section 2

The Secretary of State hereby specifies those institutions which are for the time being within the further education sector, other than the institution specified in the Schedule, as being the institutions to which section 6(5) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 applies.
