Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Forces Exemptions) (Revocations) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 16th November 1992.

Section 2 Revocations of forces exemptions

(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Regulations specified in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby amended by revoking the provisions of each of those Regulations specified in column 3 of that Schedule.

(2) The revocations made by paragraph (1) above shall not have effect in relation to any food prepared and labelled for sale before 16th November 1992.
