Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Modification of section 112) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 17th November 1992.

Section 2Effect of Part VI of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

In section 112(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Consents: Limitations and conditions) the words after “as he may think fit” shall be omitted.
