Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Designated Institutions) (Wales) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2

Trinity College, Carmarthen, being an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to fall within subsection (2) of section 129 of the Education Reform Act 1988, is hereby designated as an institution eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales.
