These Regulations may be cited as the River Tay Salmon Fishery District (Baits and Lures) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st September 1992.

The River Tay Salmon Fishery District (Baits and Lures) Regulations 1992
These Regulations apply during the period from the 1st of September in each year to the end of the period during which it is permitted to fish for and take salmon by rod and line.
Natural prawns and shrimps (whether fresh or preserved, dyed or natural colour) and any part thereof are, in relation to the River Tay Salmon Fishery District , specified for the purposes of the definition of “rod and line” in section 24(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951 .
