Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 23rd November 1992.

(2) In these Regulations a regulation or Schedule referred to by number means a regulation or Schedule so numbered in the Legal Advice and Assistance Regulations 1989 .

Section 2

(1) In regulation 30(3), after “regulation 9(a)” there shall be inserted “or (c)”.
(2) In the heading of Schedule 6, after “TRIBUNALS” there shall be added “AND BEFORE THE PAROLE BOARD”.
(3) In Schedule 6 for the words “at court” there shall be substituted “at a hearing”.
