Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Judicial Committee (Jamaica) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th October 1992.

Section 2

The Supreme Court of Jamaica is hereby named as a superior court for the purposes of the Judicial Committee Amendment Act 1895.
