This Order may be cited at the Merchant Shipping (Confirmation of Legislation) (Cayman Islands) (No. 3) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st December 1992.

Section 2

The Merchant Shipping Act 1988 (Amendment) Law 1992 enacted by the Legislature of the Cayman Islands, is hereby confirmed.
