Section 1 Title, extent, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment) Regulations 1992, shall apply in Great Britain and shall come into force on 18th February 1992.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991 .

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

The principal Regulations shall be amended in accordance with regulations 3 and 4 of these Regulations.

Section 3 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 5(1)(b) of the principal Regulations for the word “at” there shall be substituted the word “on”.

Section 4 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—

(a) in the definition of “the higher rate” for the amount “£51·69” there shall be substituted the amount “£59·64”;

(b) in the definition of “the lower rate” for the amount “£47·43” there shall be substituted the amount “£55·38”.
