Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Liverpool Obstetric and Gynaecology Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 27th November 1992.

(2) In this Order:

“the Authority” means Liverpool Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Liverpool Obstetric and Gynaecology Services National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in schedules of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 5th April 1992 and 2nd September 1992, which schedules have been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust Property

On 27th November 1992 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
