Section 1 Title, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Milk and Dairies and Milk (Special Designation) (Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on27th November 1992.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of the Milk and Dairies and Milk (Special Designation) (Charges) Regulations 1990

The Milk and Dairies and Milk (Special Designation) (Charges) Regulations 1990 (“the Milk Charges Regulations”) shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3 Amendment of regulation 2

In regulation 2(1)(a) of the Milk Charges Regulations in the definition of “sampling dairy farm visit” the words “or water or both” shall be deleted.

Section 4 Amendment of Schedule

In paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the Milk Charges Regulations for the figures “47.00” there shall be substituted the figures “63.00”.

Section 5 Amendment of Schedule

In paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Schedule to the Milk Charges Regulations the words “or of water or both” in each place where they occur shall be deleted.
