Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Investment Limit in Nominated Company) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 23rd April 1992.

The Broadcasting (Investment Limit in Nominated Company) Order 1992
Section 2
The target investment limit in relation to the aggregate of the shares for the time being held in National Transcommunications Limited, being the nominated company (which ceased to be wholly owned by the Crown on 24th October 1991), under or by virtue of any enactment, by any Minister of the Crown or any nominee of his, is hereby fixed at nil.
