Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Smallholdings (Full-Time Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, and shall come into force on 15th December 1992.

Section 2Amendment of the Smallholdings (Full-Time Employment) Regulations 1970

On 31st December 1994 the Smallholdings (Full-Time Employment) Regulations 1970 shall be amended in accordance with regulation 3 below.

Section 3Amendment of the Smallholdings (Full-Time Employment) Regulations 1970

(1) In paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Schedule, for the word “acres” in each place where it appears, there shall be substituted the word “hectares”.
(2) For the table in the Schedule there shall be substituted the following table:
