Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and other Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 20th February 1992.

Section 2

The Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and other Reliefs) Order 1991 shall be amended as follows:

(a) in article 4, the words “Schedule 1 or in” shall be inserted after the words “Part III of”;

(b) in Schedule 1, the words “Republic of Korea” shall be inserted after the word “Brazil” in column 2 of the first, third and fourth sections of Part III; and

(c) in Schedule 2, the words “Republic of Korea” shall be inserted after the word “Qatar” in Part 1.
