Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 4th April 1993.

Section 2

The Schedule to the Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No. 2) Order 1991 is amended by inserting after –
