Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Savings Certificates (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 7th December 1992.

Section 2

The Savings Certificates Regulations 1991 shall be amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the words “is issued” in the definition of “unit” the words “may be issued (regardless of whether, in particular circumstances, a certificate may be issued only for a greater amount)”.
