Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Offenders (Prescribed Devices) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

Section 2

A device designed or adapted for recording by photographic or other image recording means the position of motor vehicles in relation to light signals is a prescribed device for the purposes of section 20 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
