Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Community Charges and Non-Domestic Rating (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 20th February 1992.

Section 2Application of Regulations
The amendment made by regulation 3 of these Regulations has effect in relationto community charge demand notices and rate demand notices issued on or after thecoming into force of these Regulations with respect to the financial year beginning on1st April 1992.
Section 3Amendment of Regulations
Regulation 4(2) of the Community Charges and Non-Domestic Rating (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 1991 is amended by the substitution for the words “Community Charges and Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (England) Regulations 1991” of the words “Community Charges and Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (England) Regulations 1992” .
