Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 22nd December 1992.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1974 .

Section 2Amendment to the principal Regulations

In Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations paragraph 3A of Part I and paragraph 3A of Part II shall be deleted.
