Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 27th November 1992.

Section 2Amendment of Order
Article 3 of the Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) Order 1992 is amended—
(a) in Class O, after the words “armed forces accommodation”, by the addition of the words “other than accommodation for visiting forces within the meaning of Part I of the Visiting Forces Act 1952 ”; and
(b) by the addition after Class O of the following—
