Section 1

The County Council of Norfolk (River Wissey Bridge) Scheme 1992 is hereby confirmed without modifications.

Section 2

The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plan are deposted at the offices of the Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich NR1 2DH, and at the offices of the Department of Transport, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY.

Section 3

The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

Section 4

This Instrument may be cited as the County Council of Norfolk (River Wissey Bridge) Scheme 1992 Confirmation Instrument 1992.

Section 1

The Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Wissey river the bridge specified in the Schedule to the Scheme as part of the highway which they are proposing to construct between Wereham and Wissington at Wissington in the said County.

Section 2

This Scheme may be cited as the County Council of Norfolk (River Wissey Bridge) Scheme 1992.
