Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

Section 2 Variation of fees

Schedule B to the Lyon King of Arms Act 1867 shall be amended in accordance with article 3 of, and Schedules 1 and 2 to, this Order.

Section 3 Variation of fees

(1) In relation to those matters in Schedule B which are specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order, the fees payable shall be varied by substituting the fees specified in column 2 of Schedule 1 for the fees specified in column 3 of Schedule 1 (being the fees payable immediately prior to the coming into force of this Order).

(2) In relation to those matters in Schedule B which are specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order, fees shall cease to be payable (the fees payable immediately prior to the coming into force of this Order being shown in column 2 of Schedule 2).

Section 4 Variation of fees

The Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1991 is hereby revoked.
