Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) (Third Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

Section 2

In the Schedule to the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) Order 1990 —
(a) for “Bournemouth Hurn Airport plc” there shall be substituted “Bournemouth International Airport plc”, and
(b) after the entry for East Midlands International Airport plc, there shall be added the following entry—
